Payment Terms:  For loose tablet orders and standard Toffee Princess products, a 50% deposit is required on placing your order and the remaining 50% must be settled on receipt of goods.  For orders of personalised and custom designed boxes, full payment is required on placing your order.

Cancellations and refunds:  Cancellation must be received in writing no less than 10 days prior to agreed delivery/collection date.  Refunds will only be given for orders that have not been processed.  Refunds for personalised and custom made items cannot be given if cancelled.

Minimum notice for orders:  Whilst we strive to provide you with the best service possible, please try to give us as much notice as you can on orders.

Delivery:  For orders totalling over AED 1,000, we offer free delivery from Sunday to Thursday between 9:00am and 6:00pm.  We regret that we are unable to make deliveries on orders totalling less than AED 1,000.

Copyright:  Design of favours and gift bags are the exclusive copyright of Toffee Princess and may not be copied or reproduced in any way.  Toffee Princess reserves the right to publish photographs of any favours and gift bags it designs on its website, any associate website and in any other promotional material.

Packaging:  Toffee Princess reserves the right to substitute ribbon and other decorations for ones of similar quality and appearance in the event that the ordered item is unavailable.

Disclaimer:  Toffee Princess’s tablet is made from the highest quality products to the highest food hygiene and safety standards.  Our tablet is handmade and hand cut therefore differences in colour and individual piece size is normal.  Your tablet should keep for up to four weeks from the delivery date.  We cannot accept responsibility for any tablet consumed after this time.  Do not refrigerate or freeze your tablet.  Tablet contains milk and milk products and may contain nuts, traces of nuts and/or nut products.  Favour and gift bags are not toys and may contain sharp objects that may be dangerous to small children.  Toffee Princess accepts no responsibility for any injury caused by decorative items.
